There is nothing new under the sun. The same can be said of tennis. Elena your are playing with defensive footwork. Pain is for a reason. It is to get you to correct what you are doing wrong. Offensive footwork will stop the pain. Open stance wide closed footwork narrow. Stop killing the ball from defensive footwork.
