Hantuchova Added, Dementieva Subtracted from WTA Amelia Island Field

World No. 9 Daniela Hantuchova has been added to a field that already boasts four former No. 1-ranked players at the Bausch and Lomb Championships in Amelia Island, Fla.
Hantuchova with No. 5 Maria Sharapova, No. 6 Anna Chakvetadze, No. 7 Venus Williams and No. 10 Marion Bartoli gives the field five of the Top 10 players in the world.
Hantuchova completed one of the best seasons of her career in 2007, collecting 52 match wins, including her second Tier 1 title at Indian Wells.
Elena Dementieva suffered a back injury in Miami, forcing her to withdraw.
Also among next week's field are former No. 1s Lindsay Davenport and Amelie Mauresmo.
