i am it Says:

Samantha Stouser
WTA Singles Title: 1
ITF Women’s Circuit Singles Titles: 4

Kimmi Says:

So we were both right (me and Von). I did not know about the ITF titles..but I knew about WTA titles. Before today, she was 0-5 in finals. OUCH ! Congrats to her anyways.

i am it Says:

kimmi, in a way, you can say that, if we are playing right-wrong game. but itf circuit titles are like challenger titles in atp.

i am it Says:

kimmi, let me clarify further:
itf women’s circuit titles are one tier below wta.

challenger tour is one rung below atp pro tour.

itf men’s circuit is below challenger, the lowest rung.

points earned each of these count toward your ranking.

Kimmi Says:

Ah ha. I see now. Thats why they separate the titles (even though they all count towards the ranking). They are two different circuits.
