Novak Djokovic took part in wave sweeping the globe for a good cause: the ALS ice bucket challenge.

“Hello everybody, I want to thank all the good people for helping spread awareness about this noble cause,” Djokovic said of the disease which afflicted the late ATP CEO Brad Drewett and former star Jerome Golmard.

The World No. 1 then warmed up with a quick dance to Vanilla Ice’s “Ice, Ice, Baby” before getting doused with a bucket of water (was there any ice?).

The Serb challenged Michael Jordan, Mr. Bean and Austrian singer Conchita Wurst.

Djokovic, who went just 2-2 this summer, is the top seed at the US Open which begins on Monday.

Brando 2.0 Says:

Good of Novak!

Sad to say:

The co founder of this challenge has apparently passed away by the way of drowning aged 27 years old.

That’s very sad to hear, but atleast he passed away starting a worldwide push to help the less fortunate in some way, shape or form.

That’s more than many do in life of many years!

RIP to the deceased!
