Isner Enters Record Books After 3rd ATP Newport Title

Isner did not face a break point the entire tournament — the second player to win an ATP title without facing a break point since records began in 1991 (after Tommy Haas in Memphis 2007).

Top-Seeded Isner in ATP Newport Quarters Today; Tennis Hall of Fame Induction Tomorrow

“In the end it didn’t go my way. That’s life, that’s tennis,” the 38-year-old Karlovic said. “That’s how it goes sometimes. I was not really moving well…Serve was good. Volleys were OK so I have to look at the positives and continue with my journey.”
