The dangers of being a woman and posing with beanpole Djokovic. Serena looked great and was almost as much a star in the Novak Djokovic Foundation gala as he was. And a very welcome addition to the gala.
But this Instagram pic posted by a Nole fan club in Argentina seems to suggest that if you put him on one end of a see saw and Serena on the other, Serena goes down and Nole goes up.

Somebody buy him a cheeseburger!

“Somebody buy him a cheeseburger!”

No CF1, rather roasted pork knuckles, skeezer’s favorite dish;)

Wog Boy Says:

Interesting video, Nole and Jelena really look like they are not on the good terms (particularly at the end of the video), what do you reckon Ocean View?;)

Wog Boy Says:

^^^…and Sean?

jane Says:

also, here’s a short video of clips from the match itself. these two have played some amazing matches over the years, but here it looks like they’re all smiles.

Wog Boy Says:

Thanks for sharing jane,

Ahh those nice Italian ladies..and always stylish, how one can resist:))

You are not going to dob me in to my wife?

Van Persie Says:

Yep Jane, many thanks :)

Nice to see Rafa and Novak having fun together

Willow Says:

Rafaole have indeed played some amazing matches over the years, AO in 2012 one of my personal favorites, 2013 FO semi one of my least favorites ….

Willow Says:

Rafa and Nole having fun together, as long its only in an exho, i dont like my favorites being too friendly with a rival ….

Willow Says:

Moderation why ? ….

Willow Says:

Jelena looks very beautiful, and her and Nole looked very happy, and i loved her dress, and Serena looked lovely shame she looked so miserable on that video, Nole and the guys all looked very handsome in their suits, i do wish sometimes that the camera men were not so fixated on womens chests when taking pictures though ….

chrisford1 Says:

Cameramen and photogs and cops and soldiers and Ice Age hunters and aborginal Australian spear tossers and aspiring lovers hoping to score all aim, visually target, center body mass. It is hardwired into men by evolution. I’d say sorry, but those men lacking this trait into the 20th century tended not to have as much reproductive success to pass on their genes.

Also from the dawn of homo sapiens it appears large mammary glands and hips have been selected in male behavior. Seen in apes, the commonality of those traits in fertility dolls across much of Europe and Asia, preference of males in stone age societies and at present.

Just as every man in a certain proximity is judged threat or nonthreat, every woman in proximity is judged. An instictive 1st take by men even if it is mostly subconsciously these days, as suitable or not to spend time and resources on in an effort to pass on genes, have progeny who will hunt and gather for them when they are.

Staring at women’s chests is entirely logical and rational and yes – expected behavior. Driven by natural selection.

Willow Says:

Err yeah if you say so :/ ….

Giles Says:

It seems Mr and Mrs Joker are going out of their way just lately to prove that everything in their house is in order. Hmmmm. I wonder if this is all an act or…..

chrisford1 Says:

Back to tennis. ….
Djokovic and Nadal have usually gotten along quite well. Both tend to get along well with most players, but they do seem to enjoy each others company when away from the competitive rivalry that now dominates their relationship. Golf, boat tours, exo, hanging with a mutual friend or two like David Ferrer. And so on.
They are both nice guys by nature. Driven world class athletes. Once driven by different motivations – now more commonality as those things fall in the “Past times, dealt with” dustbin. Like it had to be big success. To work and train like a demon getting there – because winning so much so fast showed the Juniors Tour sponsors that passed him by as too fragile and with weak lungs that it was one of the worst calls they ever made. Now instead of that, they have nothing left to prove to others when they play, only to each other. Namely who is better that day. Novak honestly would not change one iota of how he regards Rafa if he finishes #1 again or H2H and each others Slamcount changes. He knows who Nadal is. Not that they do not have some irritations – Novak wishes Rafa would speed it up some, Rafa wishes he didn’t have to see hungry for love Nole playing up to the crowd so much it turns cheesy.
Which makes for a ____ing great rivalry!!

Willow Says:

It was a great rivalry it isnt anymore, its all too one sided now, still thats just my opinion, and im sticking to it ….

chrisford1 Says:

Willow, my post was a long-winded way of saying most men like to look at T(and). And, with knowledge, can ‘mount’ a compelling good argument why they have nothing to apologize for. Especially when the woman clearly has no interest in anything involving “mounting” the guy checking her out.
Smarter or at least more perceptive men, will realize in seconds the woman noticing being viewed has no reciprocal interest in them and are thus offended. Smarter, or at least more perceptive women will note it is natural behavior and if the guy is not a threat, forgets it, and the guy realizes nothing awaits his attention towards her and stares at another chest, legs, cheeks, face getting his attention.

You have to admit in humans, it is less groaty a form of animal behavior than what dogs near-universal 1st action is when two dogs unfamiliar with each other meet. *sniff*

Willow Says:

LOL Yeah whatever you say ….

J-Kath Says:

I’m busy plotting my next subtle threat – but for the moment you may continue your ogling sessions as long as they are not too lascivious.

AndyMira Says:

@Willow..Err..sorry to say but i think it’s not cameramen’s fault that they focused on women’s chest when they took a photo,i do believe women’s purposely wearing sexy dress to taunting people especially men..If they don’t,they’re surely will wear a sensible dress without revealing too much…Check this out about Serena’s dress..I don’t think she’s forgot to zip her jacket!

elina Says:

cf1 is of course way off base.

Hard wired instinct natural selection whatever is one thing.

Being able to separate your professionalism as a cameraman from your dongle is quite another.

Smarter people (whether they be men or women) realize this.

Myself and Willow for example.

But yeah Willow LOL whatever he says probably sums it up better.

Ocean view Says:

Wog Boy, Ocean View could care less. We hope they are happy for the sake of their young son. You need to discuss with the Daily Mail.

chrisford1 Says:

elina –
Humans are just dogs with more decorum..

elina Says:

That’s my point. You just contradicted your earlier simplistic rationalization.

Danica Says:

Wait, what?! Ocean View still talks about the made up problems in Novak’s marriage?! They are fine. There’s never being anything dramatic in their relationship. Quit already.

Willow Says:

AndyMira / Chris Ford 1 i have no issue with women who dress provacatively, believe me i wrote the book on it, and been a pagan going skyclad on a full moon ;-p, i also have no issue with men who look at women dressing provocatively, calling a woman sexy, wolf whistling etc all quite flattering, what is irritating is a camera man pointing the darn thing in a womans chest area ….

Elina well said ….

chrisford1 Says:

Explaining human nature, evolutionary selection, and means of canine introductions to one another – all well-established facts, in simple language, is not being simplistic. It is justifying cameramen and Serena dressing “please look at my chest!!” provocatively as proven natural behavior established over millions of years. As all behavior and thoughts do not originate in the upper frontal cerebral cortex under conscious control.
In the last few decades, politics of certain special interest groups are built on denying the proven science of origins and drivers of animal behaviors. Of course science gets it wrong esp when politicized liberal arts soft sciences like psychology are treated as verifiable hard science.

Willow Says:

Again yeah whatever ….

elina Says:

Misses the point yet again

Didn’t say your “facts” were simplistic.

Just the lame rationale.

Whatever helps you sleep at night cf1.

Margot Says:

So a million trillion years ago a boy monkey admired a girl monkey’s amazing bazookas and that justifies unpleasant voyeuristic behaviour in 2016. Lol. Lol. Lol.
So tennisxers is tennis x entirely/mostly composed of
1) pre pubescent boys or
2) monkeys?

elina Says:

LOL Margot. So simple no?

Willow Says:

Well said Margot and Elina ….

J-Kath Says:

Based on looking out of the window in RSA – there was no “farting about” with them “swinging” monkeys – their examination of each other was serious stuff…Tennisxers = both (1) and (2).

Honfleuraise Says:

Willow Says:

That little girl in the middle singing in the black and white dress is so cute, really adorable ;-)) ….
