A lightning storm has delayed the start of the Davis Cup World Group qualifying playoff between Austria and Great Britain in Portschach, Austria on clay.
One consideration will be playing both the first two singles and the doubles match on Saturday. Another is moving the matches indoors to nearby Klagenfurt.
According to Davis Cup rules, players can only be asked to play both the singles and doubles in the same day if the singles matches have less than 45 total games played.
Rain is forecast for the next couple days in the area.
