Lindsay Davenport stomped Russian Nadia Petrova 6-0, 6-3 Saturday in the semifinals at the WTA stop in Amelia Island for her fifth final of the year.
Davenport is 1-3 in finals for 2005.
Petrova looked sluggish after wining two matches Friday due to a rain-delayed schedule, losing the first set in 17 minutes.
Davenport, a two-time winner at Amelia Island, will face No. 12 seed Silvia Farina Elia in the final, with the Italian rolling past unseeded Frenchwoman Virginie Razzano 6-1, 6-3 in the semifinals.
Davenport has won six of her seven career encounters with Farina Elia.
