Patty Schnyder won her first North American title Sunday at the WTA stop in Cincinnati, punishing unseeded
Akiko Morigami 6-4, 6-0 for her second title of the year.
"I now have one win, one title, which is important for the rest of the weeks," Schnyder said. "It's a big win for me and it gives me a lot of confidence...When my game is on, it looks like this."
