Stefan Edberg edged Pete Sampras for the all-time title lead at Tokyo with four, with only one other player, Jim Courier, winning multiple singles titles. Among the doubles winners at Tokyo have been all-time greats Bhupathi-Paes, the Woodies, and American teams Flach-Seguso and Davis-Pate, but none were able to capture multiple titles:
