Pennetta is seeking her second consecutive claycourt title after last week winning at Bogota.
In the final the top-ranked Italian will face unseeded Slovak
Ludmila Cervanova, who upset No. 5 seed Dally Randriantefy 2-6, 7-5, 6-1.
Pennetta and Cervanova have split their two career meetings.
The doubles final will be Jidkova/Perebiynis vs. Andres Rodriguez/Martinez Granados.
