Americans Jim Courier and Todd Martin maintained their perfect round robin records Friday at the Outback Champions Tour event, with their next matches determining whether they will reach the final.

Courier edged his old rival Sergi Bruguera 6-7(6), 6-2, 10-6 (tiebreak), and Martin cruised past fellow American Jimmy Arias 6-3, 6-2.

Pat Cash rebounded from a slow start to shock crowd favorite John McEnroe 1-6, 6-3, 10-4. It was the second loss to Cash this year for McEnroe.

South African Wayne Ferreira was also a winner, defeating Aaron Krickstein 6-4, 6-2.

On Thursday night Bruguera made Ferreira's senior debut a downer with a 4-6, 6-3, 10-1 comeback win, and McEnroe likewise made Arias' senior debut a losing one 6-3, 6-4.

Scheduled for Saturday are Bruguera vs. Krickstein, Courier vs. Ferreira, Arias vs. Cash, and McEnroe vs. Martin.
