Anna Kournikova's 40-year-old homeless stalker has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet from the Tennis Barbie, but was moved back to the psychiatric unit of a Miami jail when his trial ended.

The man, who we'll refer to as crazy-ass stalker (CAS), served a previous Wisconsin prison term for stabbing a man sleeping in a university student union coffeehouse and telling police he was "a slave to an evil that he could not escape." CAS acted as his own attorney in court, and when the judge concluded he showed "stalking behavior," he interrupted the judge to say, "Proper courting behavior."

After he was told contact with Kournikova wasn't allowed, CAS ridiculed the judge's "Mafia accent" and said he may pursue an insanity defense.

Do tell.

According to court papers, CAS explained if he and Kournikova "were lovers we would have no need for other people, food or water."

Or Enrique.

CAS was first caught when he allegedly swam naked across the bay toward Kournikova's $5 million Miami Beach estate last month. Arrested when he got onto the pool deck at the wrong house, the AP reported he started shouting, "Anna! Save me!"

Kournikova sought a restraining order, as she was shocked and fearful.

"I was absolutely shocked and fearful, and I was very much concerned for my safety. It was very frightening and scary just knowing there is someone out there who's obsessive," said Kournikova at the pre-trail hearing.

Taking fandom to the next level, CAS has "Anna" tattooed on his right bicep.

"I thought Anna possibly had some sincere regard for me," CAS said during the trial, setting his hand to play the crazy card later on. "I had all sorts of delusional assumptions about Anna."

CAS told the court he had previously been obsessed with Mel B. of the Spice Girls, "but finally I said the heck with her, moving on to greener pastures."

Kournikova has since hired bodyguards to protect her at her residence.

CAS could receive 30 years in the can if convicted on both counts of police battery, punching and biting the officers who took his nakedness into custody.
