Mary Pierce and Russian

Round robin play will commence Tuesday through Friday, with the top two players from each group advancing to the Saturday semifinals.
The doubles event, featuring the top four year-end teams, begins with the semifinals on Saturday with

Virginia Ruano Pascual,
Cara Black and Rennae Stubbs, and
