No. 3 seed Shahar Peer of Israel will face No. 5-seeded Aussie Sam Stosur Sunday in the final of the WTA claycourt stop in Prague.
The No. 35-ranked Peer rolled over unseeded Estonian Kaia Kanepi 6-3, 6-0 in their first meeting.
"I was very happy with the way I was playing," Peer said. "I'm waiting for the final. I hope to do well. We will see afterwards."
Peer is 1-0 in career finals after winning Pattaya City in February.
Stosur was a 6-1, 6-3 semifinal winner over No. 7 seed Peng Shuai of China, the first time she has advanced past the quarters at a claycourt event.
Peer won her only career meeting with Stosur in straight sets this year at Amelia Island.
Peer and Marion Bartoli will contest the doubles final against the unseeded American team of Ashley Harkleroad and Bethanie Mattek.
