Czech stars Petra Kvitova and Karolina Pliskova have swapped their coaches!

Kvitova will now be guided by Pliskova’s former coach, Jiri Vanek. Pliskova will be led by Kvitova’s longtime former coach David Kotyza.

Both coaches were available. Kvitova released Kotyza at the start of the year while Pliskova split from Vanek last month.

“Excited to confirm that Jiri Vanek will be my coach next year. Look forward to starting our preparation for 2017 together soon 💪 #teampetra,” Kvitova wrote on twitter.

Kvitova and Pliskova helped lead the Czech Republic to the Fed Cup title last month.

Oh Lord. Wife swapping is old fashioned, now it’s coach swapping. I am glad to have an uncle who can’t be swapped.
