Serena Williams Admits She’s Never Sang Karaoke To RedFoo

Serena Williams won her her 58th career WTA title earlier today defeating friend and rival Victoria Azarenka 64, 75 in Brisbane.

Before the No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown, Serena, who’s been known to sing karaoke (she has a karaoke room in her house), was asked if she’d ever done a song from Azarenka’s pop star boyfriend RedFoo’s collection.

“Never done him on karaoke,” she said. “I’ll put him on my list though now that I think about it for sure. I don’t think I have.”

But she admits that she does listen to the eccentric LMFAO lead. “I think everyone does. He’s had some hits that go a cross all borders.”

After wins this week over Maria Sharapova and now Azarenka, the top ranked Serena, who has won 22 straight matches, heads to Melbourne as the overwhelming favorite to win a 6th Australian Open.

“I feel like I’m being pushed into the deep end straightaway,” Serena said. “I think it’s a good thing. In Melbourne if I have to face Maria again I’ll know a little bit more what to expect, and same thing with Victoria. If I happen to play against her in Melbourne, I’ll know what to do and what to expect.”
