I don’t know VP, from my experience on internet and here (we have nice SA community) Nole always had decent fan base in Latin America, he is loved in Asia, decent fan base in India and Australia, loved in Italy and Eastern Europe (including Russia) and not so much loved (understatement) in UK, USA and partly France, if I am Nole I would be more than happy with that, wouldn’t you?

Agree with you. Nole was already appreciated and loved in the parts mentioned by you, but also think some article, meant to put him down, had some side effects. I am an example as I have to admit I was not a such big Nole fan in 2008, but I was glad when he got his first slam at AO. I was never a Rafa fan, but I always rooted for RAfa , when he played against Roger. I was very surprised by Nole, when he had the amazing year 2011, but I “fell in love” with him during his final at the AO 2012 and I was always angry, because I felt the media was not always on his side.

The media is never on the side of anyone that threatens The Anointed One so he should (and did) wear it as a badge of honour but, over time, it’s had an impact.

I miss the old Nole too. I think it is way too early to write him off but he needs to be hungry again like he was before he won the French and the Grand Slam.

When Rafa and Novak did their fall 2013 Exo Tour in Chile and Argentina, the popularity of Rafa, who I think is #1 among fans in Latin America, was not a surprise. But Novak was wildly popular all along their venue and it shouldn’t be surprising when you think about it. He plays with Italian/Latin passion, always shows Latin players friendliness and respect. He advocates for the World Championships to be moved to Latin America. Delpo and Fed are tied for 3rd. Juan would be #1 but for the long times away with injury. It was very appreciated in Chile that the two best players in 2013 also encompassed as an integral part of the Exo being a tribute tour to retiring Chilean star Fernando Gonzales and Argentinian.

Latin America deserves more pro tennis given fan support. The WTF after they finally move on from London, or a Masters 1000

Well, I told you about my mother last year. I had to solve some papeer issues regarding heritage…a lot of stress. Now it’s done.

Oh ja, hab ich total vergessen – tut mir leid.
Hope it all went ok.

Oh where to start. Met her In Berlin with her friend. We were all wasted at chale, they were both on x. Anyway we partied togehter for 3 days and we fell in love. She would fly up and visit me often after that. Along the way something went a little wrong. She was such a pot head, would light up all day haha. Im also trying to get away from the techno culture but she has gone extreme. Back to church and will never smoke again and stuff like that which is fine. First it was like never again between us, now we are writting and Ive been missing her. Wrote her friday after I had a dream and was so happy she replied. Now the question is how do I get her back. I dont wanto lie to her either. Shes 22 and im 28. She is so amazing. I make the mistake always of trying to hard. I do know a future with her means no techno, no anyting unhealthy which I can sacrafice – but I need her intrest back 100 perecent. OMFG so off topic should of wrote in german. Hands in front of my eyes.

Hi Berghain,
I don’t know if I am right person for that kind of advice, it is similar as if you asked Becker for that kind of advice;)
I can give you few tips though, first, if yiu are techno lover I would leave you too:) if she is back to church she was born in there is still hope, but if she went to one of those door knocker, new born Christian, forget about her, they are brain washed people. Our church is anything but conservative, very liberal, you shouldn’t worry at all, priests are just tradesmen who are doing weddings, christening, funerals and little bit of preaching on sunday and yes, chasing other parishioners wifes in a free time, that is in job description:)
On a serious note, we are pretty stubborn prople, but right word gets you anywhere you want, you just have to find that word, if she loves you she will be with you, just don’t go against her family, that is a big turn off and if she invites you home, have a brandy with her father, but don’t get drunk and don’t push the things, soon or later they will come your way. I hope this helps, good luck my friend.

Best advice but so difficult to follow. I am just a pushy person by nature and If I want something I must have it emmediately!
I already wrote her ‘Marina’ so much! Big mistake – I know keep it cool be patient. :. Dont know if I have it in me to play that game – I hate it. I know she was always wearing a cross and has always been faithfull. So I dont think born again type of person. Still I must prove I have changed, not so sure I have but I think I love her. Achhh im so confused!
