Caroline Garcia will try and recreate the grasscourt magic from two years ago when she raised the title at the Mallorca Open, returning this year as the top seed.
Anastasija Sevastova defends her 2017 crown against No. 2 seed and former No. 1 Angie Kerber, and dangerous unseeded floaters Victoria Azarenka, Svetlana Kuznetsova, and Sam Stosur.
