Azarenka, Kuzy, Stosur Unseeded Floaters Vying for WTA Mallorca Open Title

Caroline Garcia will try and recreate the grasscourt magic from two years ago when she raised the title at the Mallorca Open, returning this year as the top seed.

Wildcards went to Spain’s Lara Arruabarrena, the Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk, Kuznetsova and former French Open winner Francesca Schiavone…

Pulling out of the tournament was Monica Niculescu, Aggie Radwanska and Zhang Shuai…

Sevastova beat Julia Goerges in last year’s three-set final…

Sevastova (2017) and Garcia (2016) are former champions entering the third year of the event.
