@BBB…….I worked in the judicial system for 30 year…….the court clerk’s office..We filed adoptions occasionally….but as the years passed the adoption filings got fewer becaus the unwed mothers kept the baby. So the adoption trend changed..I graduated in 1963 and four classmates were pregnant….two married the fathers and the other two went to a home for unwed mothers and gave them up for adoption. One of the girls finally connected with her daughter several years later. Adoption is a good thing in my books….. but my views on all of this isn’t a popular one with TXers but I can not help it……I’m just so against abortion. It’s just wrong……Okie🌿🌿
