At 37, Roger Federer isn’t done yet. Far from it. Remarkably, as the oldest player in the Top 75 on the rankings, the Swiss is the new leader of the 2019 ATP points race going into the clay season.

Thanks to his 4th Miami title, Federer is now just ahead of Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal. With Federer slated to only play Madrid while Djokovic and Nadal play a heavier schedule, the lead won’t last long.

But it’s still an incredible achievement for Federer who first led the Race at this point of the season 15 years ago in 2004!

ATP Points Race (April 2, 2019)
1 Roger Federer 2,280
2 Novak Djokovic 2,225
3 Rafael Nadal 1,605
4 Stefanos Tsitsipas 1,460
5 Dominic Thiem 1,145
6 John Isner 1,060
7 Gael Monfils 995
8 Daniil Medvedev 895
9 Roberto Bautista Agut 890
10 Kei Nishikori 890
