Juan Martin del Potro underwent surgery on his right knee on Saturday in Barcelona after a spill he took during Queen’s re-injured that knee which was fractured last fall.

After the injury, del Potro posted this message on Instagram in which he admits he not sure if Queen’s was his last event.
Del Potro turns 31 in September.
