In a series of tweets, Nick Kyrgios has taken offense to the three-month ban agreed upon by WADA and Jannik Sinner.

The two parties were set to go to court (CAS) in April, but behind closed doors some sort of agreement was struck. WADA was seeking a 1-2 year ban for the Italian who twice tested positive for clostebal last March.

Kyrgios, a former Wimbledon finalist, has been critical of Sinner since the new dropped last summer.

Fairness, Kyrgios says, doesn’t exist in tennis.

“Bad day for tennis,” he posted on twitter/X.

“I know a lot of players that are feeling the same way at the moment so looking to hold live spaces next week so we can talk about it – stay tuned for exact time.

“So wada come out and say it would be a 1-2 year ban. Obviously sinners team have done everything in their power to just go ahead and take a 3 month ban, no titles lost, no prize money lost. Guilty or not? Sad day for tennis. Fairness in tennis does not exist.”

“DODGY AS 😭😅”
