Partied-Out Serena Williams Misses Her US Open Media Tour

After partying with BFF Caroline Wozniacki until 3am Sunday night, Serena Williams was unable to make her post-US Open media commitments early on Monday, according to

While Cilic was awake and alert for his tour Tuesday, Serena was still in bed according to the report. “‘GMA’ had teased Williams’ appearance on Monday morning at 7, then, less than an hour later, had to tell viewers she wasn’t going to appear. ‘Today also confirmed the champ was booked, and they had announced her appearance at the top of the show, before she canceled.”

Serena did make an appearance for his Empire State Building photo shoot at 10:30am.

The 18-time US Open winner is still in New York with Wozniacki for fashion week.
