madmax Says:

Beautiful posts. Love it.

Angel Says:

I am waiting for Nadal and Novak’ posts. Especially uncle Tony’s and Novak father’s.

skeezer Says:

8th Wimbledon. Most in the History of Tennis. Awesome to see so much love from fellow tennis pros.

Michael Says:

It would have been much pleasing to watch tweets of congrats from Rafa, Novak and Andy on this historical moment.

FedExpress Says:

Michael, maybe they will do it in private when their ways cross at the next tournament. Since Fed congratulated Nadal for La Decima on social media I expected something from Rafa tbh.

Tennis Vagabond Says:

Skeeze, you’re lucky Andy Murray isn’t reading these posts, or you’d get an earful about Navratilova!

skeezer Says:

Oops, forgot to put “Mens” in there.

Willow Says:

I Dont see the big deal if Rafa, Novak, Andy decide not to congratulate Federer, does it really matter that much ?, not everyone here congratulates the rivals of their favorites, at each and every given moment ….

Willow Says:

Michael i dont follow Djokovic as much as Rafa or Andy, but i do know on many occasions Rafas said face to face to Roger how amazing he thinks he is, and Andy has said hes the greatest of all time ….

Humble Rafa Says:

Some people (especially those with cats) have asked me why I didn’t congratulate the Arrogant One after his win. Well, he won on grass. I am no fan of grass.

Dennis Says:

Not surprised at radio silence from Murray and Djokovic. But given that Fed tweeted congrats to Rafa on his 10th French Open, I expected to see something from Rafa.

J-Kath Says:

Andy Murray is back from Switzerland and is in touch with Roger Fed. re. a charity match in Scotland….assume he has given his congrats. and assume that Nole has too. Uncle Tony is “pissed off with Wimbledon and has said so – link available if desired.

skeezer Says:

“Uncle Tony is β€œpissed off with Wimbledon and has said so”
Was that have to do with Congratulating RF?

Roger is CLASS Says:

“Sampras v Ivanisevic match, or one between those kind of players, is not enjoyable, It’s not really tennis, it is a few swings of the racquet.
Everyone enjoys the tennis we play much more.
I am not saying we are playing better tennis, just more enjoyable tennis. For me, in the past it was just serve, serve, serve.” said arrogant Nadal.
