2019 ATP Awards: Nadal, Federer, Italians Honored
The ATP awards for the 2019 season were announced today, and the names are familiar
Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Andy Murray and the Bryans, Bob and Mike, all collected honors.
Nadal took home awards for ATP No. 1 and Sportsmanship.
Federer grabbed the Fan Favorite honor for a 17th straight time. The Bryans nabbed their 14th in that category.
Breakout Italians Matteo Berrettini and Jannik Sinner won Most Improved and Newcomer, respectively.
And Andy Murray was deservedly voted Comeback Player of the Year.
