Roger Federer To Play Just French Open During 2020 Clay Season
Roger Federer’s agent, Tony Godsick, confirmed the Swiss will return to the clay in 2020, but play just one clay court event, that at the French Open.
Just got the confirmation from Tony Godsick that rumours are not true that @rogerfederer will play Masters-Tournaments in Rome and Madrid 2020. Probably only Roland Garros on clay

Last year, in his return to clay for the first time since 2016, Federer reached the Madrid (Thiem) and Rome (w/o v Tsitsipas) QFs before a run to the French Open semifinals where he lost to Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-4, 6-2.
After his semifinal at the Australian, the 38-year-old Federer has made the second week at his last 16 Grand Slam events.
Federer is expected to return to the courts for his title defense in Dubai a week from Monday.
