Sam Querrey and his US teammates are in Serbia this week for Davis Cup play. Before then, the likable Californian let TV cameras (ATP cameras!) into his home for a small tour and a short Q&A.

If you don’t know a lot about Sam, watch and learn. He presents himself as a genuine good guy in this “warm and fuzzy” feature. (He is!)

Sean Randall Says:

Is that a giant check hanging over Sam’s bed?

fred Says:

so Querrey thinks he will be in London?
lmao

this fool is delusional! what’s he gonna done once he steps on the clay in Europe? he is 6-16 on clay
Wimbledon?11-10

he’s gonna show up in in Paris and Wimbledon for 1 day;long enough to lose in the very First round and head back to the States to compete when the best players are playing;same with James Blake

has he won anything a Masters Series? NO
will he? No
has he won anything on clay and grass and will he?NO

be bloody lost to Schuettler in the First round in Australia for pete’s sake!

Kimmi Says:

Sam has demonstrated to play well on clay, he can rack up significant points if he has a good year. Hard courts are his cup of tea, a ATP 500 win in memphis is a very good start. He played well on grass too, I can’t remember who he played last year wimbeldon..was it cilic?..was a very close match.

He may not be able to rack-up points like the federer, nadal Djoko Murray etc but he has a chance to make enough points to get to london as number 7 or 8.

If he cannot make this year then has a very good chance in the future. His game is improving.
