Awesome but he needs step up since he’s in danger of just being a trick shot player as opposed to a dominating one. 2015 is crucial for him needs atleast a Master Series win at his age next year if he wants to rule the game post present era.

Brando i agree alot of talent and potential,but too much of a Roger Federer type copycat,and i do like the guy and think his tennis is beautiful to watch, so i hope people dont take it the wrong way when i say this,but the expression style over substance springs to mind….

Grigor improved his la monfness while Roger Rasheed has been his coach but yeah, it must be hard not to give in to the moment and make the flashy shot selections given an opportunity. Love his style!

Sock is really nice guy, tennis, manners, everything is there to like about this young man.

BTW, second shot on this video, Dimitrov did exactly the same against Nole in Beijing and won the point after great relly.

Nice shot. Also a great way to have a rotator cuff tear. This is not a Federer copycat move. Federer’s longevity has a lot to do with on court moves that avoid unnecessary strain on his body.

Hippy Chick, I think I was clearly referring to Grigor’s showy shot which involved a sudden jarring twisting of the shoulder which can cause a tearing of rotator cuff. It was a careless move which Federer to whom people Grigor is often compared with would hardly do. Nadal was not even in my mind when I wrote that comment.
