One of the best shotmakers on the women’s WTA Tour is Francesca Schiavone. And earlier this week in Monterrey the former French Open champion dazzled again with this incredible tweener passing shot winner.

Will that be the best shot of the year?


The shot, however, didn’t prove as fruitful as the Italian would have hoped. Schiavone lost the match to Caroline Garcia 76, 60 in the second round.

I love Frankie,such alot of talent and variety,sadly one of the games underachievers though,love her quirky personality,but hate that noise she makes,although not as bad as Sharapova or Azarenka….
