Tomas Berdych has a bid match today in the Miami fourth round against American John Isner. To prepare, Berdych, says, he’s careful about how he eats, especially in cultural places like Miami where there are many temptations.

“I think this point is always going to be boring because you try to keep eating the same food because you cannot risk anything,” Berdych told the Sony Open website. “So that’s why I’m probably not going to give you anything interesting. But, you can have a really great time here.

“I think it’s more like that; it’s not like superstitions. Really, the body is like an engine and it needs fuel. For us, it’s the food. If you put the right food in, it’s the best start. It’s about that, not about eating chicken for the entire two weeks. It’s not like that.”

Berdych, a Miami finalist in 2010, leads his fellow 28-year-old Isner 3-2.

Birdshit,

Advice from a former friend. Don’t touch the plate yourself, it might be too hot. Use your uncle or girl friend as prey.

You are welcome.
