Two weeks after his split with Ivan Lendl, Andy Murray announced on twitter today that he’ll announce a new coach tomorrow.

Last week, Murray asked his twitter fans for help in choosing the Lendl replacement. “If you could choose anyone to be your tennis coach who would you want it to be?” he wrote.

It is April Fools’ Day and Murray has been quite a prankster. So take it with a grain of salt.

I guess we’ll find out tomorrow whether he has really hired a new coach or is just pranking us.

And the point of this thread is what exactly??

RZ Says:

Yep, an April Fool’s joke. BBC and other British outlets totally fell for it.

Humble Rafa Says:

I recommend he hire a door knob. That will match his personality. Besides, his mom can date the knob.
