Mr. Drama Fabio Fognini is once again involved in some controversy. After losing to 553rd-ranked Chuhan Wang 75, 64 in the first round in Shanghai, an upset Fognini appeared to make an obscene gesture with his left hand.

According to an on-site AP report, “After the two shook hands, Fognini gave Wang a little shove with his arm as they crossed paths, then flashed his middle finger to the crowd upon exiting the stadium.”

Fine coming?

The post handshake “shove”:

Fognini has lost five straight matches and 13 consecutive sets since beating Golubev in the US Open first round.

Daniel Says:

Somebody big should be the hell out of this brat. Just because it was a young guy. Doubt he would shove Korolev. Kkk

TennisVagabond.com Says:

That was hardly a shove, more like a rude brush, but he still looks like a complete ass.

jane Says:

not so fabulous fabio. :/

Brando GOAT Poster Says:

What a muppet move that was by Fabio! Easy to act out on a fella who does not look the most intimidating, but I wonder if Fabio would give the attitude to someone with a different profile.

Me guess not!

Okiegal Says:

@GOAT poster…….Is your moniker meaning that of all posters named Brando, you are the Greatest Of All Time?? Just curious…….

FrankM Says:

No big deal… the kid is new at this… he could have waited a half beat longer to shake hands with the umpire.

TennisVagabond.com Says:

I look forward to Fognini pulling his schtick on Tsonga or Rafa.

Hippy Chick Says:

I couldnt see anything on these videos, but going by everyones reaction Fabio acted like a complete tool, congrats to his opponent though as that was a superb rally to finish with….
