Instead Of Getting Married This Weekend, Caroline Wozniacki Completed The NYC Marathon! [Video]

Six months ago this was the weekend Caroline Wozniacki was to have married golf superstar Rory McIlroy. After a devastating breakup, Wozniacki regrouped and enjoyed a terrific second half of the 2014 tennis to finish back in the Top 10 at No. 8. And she capped it off today by completing her first ever marathon.
The 24-year-old Dane finished the 26.2 mile NYC Marathon in a very respectable 3 hours, 26 minutes averaging 7:53/mile.
Wozniacki was running the event to raise money for the Team for Kids charity. She has already raised more than $80,000.
Wonziacki accomplishment is even more impressive when you consider just a week ago Wozniacki was playing in the semifinals at the WTA Finals in Singapore.
After finishing the race, look who was there to greet her. Serena Williams!
