Novak Djokovic Ends Practice Early Due To Hamstring
Cause for concern? After tweaking his hamstring last week in his semifinal against Daniil Medvedev, Djokovic was again on the court against the Russian this time in a practice session on Rod Laver.
But after one set of play, Djokovic had to cut short the session due to a flare up in his left hamstring.
“It’s a hamstring that I had problems with in Adelaide last week,” Djokovic said. “And I just felt it a bit, pulling, and I just didn’t want to risk anything worse.”
If Djokovic is having an issue after just one set in practice, what could this mean next week and down the road?
