Nicolas Jarry will be a dangerous dude at the French Open which begins Sunday. The Chilean collected his third career title downing Grigor Dimitrov 7-6(7-1), 6-1 to win the Geneva title.

The 6-foot-6 Jarry dropped seven aces and lost just four points on first serve in the match. It’s his second title of the year after Santiago.

“I feel amazing,” Jarry said to the ATP. “It has been a great year. After all the work with my team and family we are having a great year and I am very happy for that. It is very special. Two finals, one title here. I am very happy.”

Dimitrov was playing his first final since 2018 Rotterdam and the 32-year-old was seeking his first title since winning the 2017 ATP Finals.

Jarry is in a good section of the French Open draw. He will take on Hugo Dellien on Tuesday with Tommy Paul, Jan-Lennard Struff and Casper Ruud in his path to the quarters.
