Rafael Nadal Trains for Wimbledon, on Red Clay! [Video]
Just a few days after losing on the grass at Queen’s Rafael Nadal is back on the practice courts in his hometown of Manacor. With no grass courts near his residence – you would think he has the money to build one – Nadal has resumed his training for his upcoming Wimbledon title defense by practicing on his favorite red clay surface.
Nadal will be the top seed at Wimbledon. The seedings are schedule to be released later today. The Wimbledon draw will be done on Friday. He will play his first round match next Monday at 1pm on center court.
Nadal is seeking his 11th career Grand Slam title which would tie him with Bjorn Borg. Rafa is spending his 100th week at the No. 1 ranking.
