Bravo/NBC Olympics Tennis TV Schedule
Cable channel Bravo will be the exclusive home to Olympic tennis starting this Saturday in the U.S. The network, owned by Olympic host broadcaster NBC, is scheduled to air 56 hours of tennis coverage from the first round Saturday, July 28 through to the semifinal matches on Friday, August 3.
Things get a little more complicated on the final medal weekend. On Saturday NBC will broadcast the women’s singles gold medal match, then NBC Sports Network will televise the men’s doubles gold.
Have your remote handy on Sunday when three different NBC channels will air Olympic tennis. NBC will offer live coverage of men’s gold medal match at 9am ET. Around that, NBC Sports Network will air doubles gold medal matches for mixed and women’s. MSNBC will have coverage of the men’s singles bronze during the mixed final.
Bravo/NBC’s talent line-up consists of Justin Gimelston, Rennae Stubbs, Brett Haber, Andrew Catalon, reporter Jon Wertheim and studio host Pat O’Brien. The familiar duo of Ted Robinson and John McEnroe will slide in from their other Olympic duties to call the men’s gold medal match Sunday.
