Roger Federer ended a 2-match losing streak to Andy Murray today, beating, if not embarrassing, the Scot on his home stage 64, 62 at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in London.

Federer’s win keeps him perfect this week in the round-robin stage 2-0 in matches and 4-0 in games.

Murray, who wasn’t at his best, drops to 1-1 in match play and 2-2 in sets. If Soderling beats Federer on Thursday Murray will have to beat Ferrer in the evening to keep his semifinal hopes alive.

jane Says:

Combo of Roger playing well (as he said, patient but aggressive at the right times) and Murray not so much. I am sure both players recognised that, as Fed himself acknowledged.

queen Says:

Murry needs to man up. I do not have anything aginst the guy but his attitude on court needs to change. He looks like he has no confidence.
