Here’s More Roger Federer Acting Like Roger Federer In Three Credit Suisse TV Commercials [Videos]

Roger Federer recently filmed a few more spots for one of his big sponsors, Credit Suisse. And the financial agency just released a suite of of three Bonviva videos featuring the Swiss tennis great.

According to the company, “The new Credit Suisse TV campaign for Switzerland portrays Roger Federer as an easygoing star who only has to smile, give his autograph, or pose with a fan for things to come his way. But that’s not always true.”

The spots were all filmed where Federer lives in Dubai at the end of November.

“It was a challenge for me to put myself in those different situations and to react to the sometimes very impulsive dramatizations” Federer said. “But on the whole, it was great fun.

“Of course, I try to do what the director says. And I’m learning really fast. But in slightly longer sequences I quickly reach the limits of my abilities – especially since I can’t concentrate only on the spoken side of things. There are so many other things to think about at the same time – facial expressions, certain movements, and other nuances. One of my strengths as a tennis player is my stamina, and I can keep positive for hours on end. That also helps a great deal.”

Federer is in South Africa this week for his foundation, then he’ll return home to join Novak Djokovic, Juan Martin Del Potro and Tomas Berdych in Dubai next week.
