Frank Immenga, an attorney for Davydenko, 26, said yesterday that the ATP Tour used incorrect legal procedures in seeking the records and that a Swiss-based arbitrator, Peter Bratschi, has been appointed to hear the case. Immenga said Davydenko was "fully innocent and fully cooperating with the ATP under the rules." Davydenko has said repeatedly that he did nothing wrong and has offered to be interviewed by the ATP."...
