More Records Await Roger Federer at Indian Wells
Posted on March 7, 2007World No. 1 Roger Federer and Lleyton Hewitt - who have shared the past five Pacific Life Open titles - could meet in the fourth round of this year's tournament, following the release of the men's draw. * Federer has 495 career match victories. He would reach the elusive 500 match wins milestones if he advances to the final.
* With $29.88 million in career earnings, Federer is poised to top $30 million during the tournament.
* If he wins the title Federer have won the past eight tournaments has has played, tying the record currently shared by Bjorn Borg and Ivan Lendl.
